Question

I'm having this weird issue where every night my knees and elbows start itching, and I get these small rashes. I've been using Tetmosol soap and Dettol liquid when I bathe, but I'm not sure if that's helping. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or any suggestions on what I should do?
