I'm having this weird issue where I'm getting hot air from my anus. It's really uncomfortable to sit down, but I'm sure it's not piles because I've already had that checked out. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how I can deal with it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues related to gastrointestinal gas or irritation in the anal area, which can cause discomfort. I recommend staying hydrated, avoiding gas-producing foods, and using a soothing topical ointment. If the discomfort persists, its best to consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.

I've been dealing with GERD and gas issues for 10 years now and my doctor suggested nissen fundoplication surgery would this surgery actually help me or are there other options I should consider first
Nissen fundoplication can be effective for GERD resistant to meds. Discuss surgical risks, especially gas-bloat syndrome. If meds work well, surgery isn’t urgent.

I'm dealing with an H. pylori infection and a peptic ulcer. The doctor advised me to take Amox 500mg, Sampraz 40, Metrogyl 400mg, and Claribid 500mg for 15 days. Is this enough to treat the H. pylori? Lately, I've also been experiencing stomach pain. Could you recommend the best test to confirm if the H. pylori infection is still present?
you have to continue your medicine , follow regular check ups.
