I'm hearing a clicking noise in my ear every time I swallow, but there's no pain. Is it normal to have this? I've tried various methods for ear clogging, but nothing seems to help. Should I be concerned, or is it something that happens to everyone?

I got my CT scan report showing a deviated septum but I don't have major breathing issues on the left side. Sometimes I get headaches on that side though. No frequent colds. Do I really need septoplasty surgery or can I manage without it?
A deviated septum doesn't always require surgery, even if you have one. If your deviated septum is mild and not causing significant issues, you may not need septoplasty. However, if you're experiencing headaches or other bothersome symptoms, you should discuss treatment options with your doctor.
