I'm interested in starting male to female hormone replacement therapy but not considering surgery right now. What's the best way to get more feminine features pills or injections? Can you recommend a good doctor who specializes in this?

Warm compresses, sitz baths, and antibiotics can help early Bartholin cysts; if it worsens or recurs, a minor procedure like marsupialization may be needed.

I'm 17 and I've been worrying about my height lately. I'm around 5 feet 9 inches, but all my friends seem taller, like around 5ft 10 to 6ft. I kinda stopped getting taller when I was 14. I do lift weights, though nothing too intense. Is there anything I could do to possibly grow a couple more inches? I'd love to hit around 5 feet 11 or even 6 feet. Any advice would be great.

5 ft 9 inches is not an abnormal height for a 17 year old male. You will continue to gain height for a few more years. Train yourself to maintain good posture, eat a healthy diet and try to include more vertical exercises during your workouts such as basketball, hanging bars and yoga. Modify your diet to include multivitamins and minerals to boost your growth hormone levels.

What foods can diabetics eat freely?

Regular and consistent diet is most important, with no feasts and fasts. Split your diet into 3-4 meals. Avoid sugar and sugar containing foods, and fried foods. Avoid fats (butter, oil, malai) and fat rich foods (puri, paratha, chat, namkeen etc.) Choose healthy carbohydrates, such as fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and low-fat milk, as part of your diabetes meal plan.
