I'm just wondering about my follow-up appointment. I came to your clinic for a check-up last week, and the doctor mentioned I should come again after 3 weeks. So, I'm curious if that follow-up visit is free, or will there be a charge for it?

I'm dealing with a fever and a cold right now, plus my body aches quite a bit. My calves are really hurting today too, which is new for me. I'm also feeling a bit weak overall. Should I be worried? Do you have any advice on what might be going on or what I should do next?

your symptoms could be related to a variety of illnesses, with the flu or a viral infection being the most likely causes. Rest, hydration, and mild pain relievers like paracetmol can help you manage symptoms in the short term, but if they persist or worsen, it's important to see a healthcare provider

I'm a bit worried because I've been dealing with a stuffy nose, heavy head, and mild fever between 99.4 to 100.4 for the past couple of days. I think it started after being around smoking at a lounge party. Tonight, I took a crocin to help with the fever and a Montek LC for the stuffy nose and allergyIve used these before. Im also on hypertension meds, specifically Concord in the morning and Stamlo at night. Could you let me know if it's okay to mix Montek LC with these hypertension medications?

It is generally safe to take Montek LC (Montelukast + Levocetirizine) for stuffy nose and allergy symptoms along with your hypertension medications. However, it is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider or pharmacist before adding any new medication to your existing regimen, especially if you have any concerns about potential interactions. In this case, since you have taken Montek LC in the past and are currently on Concord 2.5mg in the morning and Stamlo 5mg at night for hypertension, there are no known major interactions between Montek LC and your hypertension medications. Just ensure to follow the recommended dosages for each medication. If you experience any unusual symptoms or side effects after taking Montek LC alongside your hypertension medications, please consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance.

I'm 25 and have just started working night shifts from 10 pm to 7 am. I'm a bit worried about how this could affect my health, like possibly leading to diabetes or heart problems. I'm trying to figure out the best time for me to exercise and sleep with this new schedule. For the past two days, I've been experiencing some stomach burning and headaches. Do you have any advice on how I can stay fit and healthy under these circumstances?
