I'm just wondering how long it'll take for the tiredness and sleepiness to go away after starting TB meds. It's only been a couple of days since starting treatment, but I'm feeling really wiped out and uneasy all day. Is this normal, and how soon might I start to feel better?

I'm really concerned about my father's health. His chest X-ray and CT scan show viral pneumonia, and even though his COVID test came back negative, the pulmonologist suggested repeating it because there might be a false negative. He's been admitted to a hospital and they're giving him five tablets all at once. Could you help me understand what these tablets are for?

I'm feeling really worried because I've had symptoms like a fever around 100F, a lot of coughing, and this weird pressure on the left side of my chest and back for the last four days.
