I'm just wondering if it's okay to eat methi or fenugreek when dealing with hypothyroidism. I take thyronorm every day and I've heard some foods might affect thyroid health. Also, could you tell me which fruits might not be good for my thyroid function?

View allMy mom's been taking Thyronorm 100 for her thyroid issue, and it's been keeping her levels normal, but now she's feeling some weird stuff. She's having chest pain and trouble breathing, especially when we're in places that aren't well-ventilated or when she's around strong scents like incense or perfume. Could this be from the thyroid medicine, or is there some kind of test she should take to figure out what's happening?
its not side effect of thyroid medicines.probably she has anxiety

I'm a bit concerned because I had an ultrasound, and it showed a 0.3 CM nodule in my thyroid. The doctor mentioned that I don't need a biopsy, but I'm wondering if I should consider getting a second opinion. What do you think?
If Your Thyroid levels are normal and you have no symptoms, repeat USG after 3 months and consult general surgeon for appropriate treatment

Can you tell me if there's a chance I'll grow taller after turning 16? I stopped playing sports and doing physical activities for the past couple of years. I'm really curious and a bit worried about it.
After 16, significant height increase is unlikely, as the growth plates in your bones typically fuse by age 14-16 in girls and 16-18 in boys; however, some studies suggest that certain exercises, like hanging, swimming, or yoga, may help stretch and align your spine, potentially leading to a small, temporary increase in height (up to 1-2 inches), but this is not a guaranteed or permanent increase.
