I'm just wondering if it's okay to eat methi or fenugreek when dealing with hypothyroidism. I take thyronorm every day and I've heard some foods might affect thyroid health. Also, could you tell me which fruits might not be good for my thyroid function?

I'm dealing with vitamin deficienciesit looks like my vitamin D and B12 levels are low. Vitamin D is at 14.92 ngml and B12 is at 202 pgml. What could these low levels mean for my health, and what steps should I take to address this? I'm a bit worried about the impact they might have on me.
I recommend taking "Drisdol" at a dosage of 50,000 IU once a week for 8 weeks, followed by a maintenance dose of 800-2000 IU per day. For Vitamin B12 deficiency, I recommend taking "Cyanocobalamin" at a dosage of 1000 mcg once daily for a few weeks, followed by a maintenance dose of 100-200 mcg per day.
