I'm kind of worried about my chest X-ray results. It says there's increased bronchovascular markings and the hila is prominent. Is this a normal finding, or should I be concerned about any potential issues? I'm not really sure what it all means and would really appreciate some clarity.

View allI recently got over COVID-19 and tested negative on April 30th, 2021. During the illness, I had a CT score of 1025, so it was moderately severe. Now that I'm recovering, I'm experiencing mild chest pain pretty regularly. I had a CRP test done, and the result came back as 7.17 mgL. Is that CRP level normal?
A CRP value of 7.17mgL is slightly elevated, indicating some degree of inflammation in your body. It is recommended to monitor this value and consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation. In the meantime, you can take a pain reliever like Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg as needed for the chest pain.

I'm really worried about how to manage my loved one's recovery from Covid. Their oxygen levels are mostly stable around 90, but whenever they start coughing, it drops really low to around 82 or 83. What can I do to help get rid of this cough? And are there any specific foods or things that can help boost their oxygen levels and ease the cough a bit?
