I'm kinda confused about the USG report I got. It mentions that my uterus is normal in size and texture, and no myometrial SOL is seen. The endometrial echo and thickness seem normal too, and the cervix is fine. My ovaries also look normal, with no SOL, and no free fluid in the POD. But the thing is, I just really want to know if this means I could be pregnant or not. Could you help me understand what this report actually says about my pregnancy status? I'm really unsure about what all this means.

Based on the ultrasound report, there is no indication of pregnancy, as there is no mention of a gestational sac, embryo, or fetal heartbeat, and the endometrial thickness of 5.2mm is within the normal range for a non-pregnant woman, so if you suspect pregnancy, consider taking a urine pregnancy test or consulting your gynecologist for further evaluation and confirmation.
