I'm kinda worried about my blood report since it says there's an alert for predominantly normocytic normochromic with macrocytes and ovalocytes anisocytosis. Can you explain what this means? I've attached a screenshot if that helps.

View allI've been eating a lot of ice from the fridge and even the frost inside the freezer, probably around 2025 times a day. It's like I have a real craving for it. I'm starting to wonder if this could be bad for me. If it is, what should I do to stop wanting freezer frost so much?
Its completely a behavioural issue. You shouldn't be having it so much. So just try to control somehow. Do not keep the ice tray in the freezer. There is no medicine for such things.

I'm a bit worried about my health. My neutrophil count is 80, and I've been dealing with some kind of illness. At times, my skin develops these red patches, which seem to stick around for a week or two before slowly changing color. Do you have any idea what might be happening or if there's something I should be doing about this?
