I'm a lifeguard and lately I've been having asthma attacks on days when the allergens are high and it's really hot. This happens even after I use my inhaler, which I do faithfully 30 minutes before my shift starts and again halfway through my 6-hour shift. I've already had two mild attacks and one severe one. The severe attack was so bad that I needed emergency oxygen. What should I do? Is there something more I can be doing to prevent these attacks, especially since I have to work under these conditions?

View allI'm feeling really concerned because every night between 6 PM and 3 AM, I start getting a fever accompanied by chills and sweating. After the fever, I find it hard to take deep breaths, only managing about 8 seconds sometimes. Sometimes, the fever even hits in the evening and morning. I'm also experiencing pain on the right side of my chest, especially when I cough or try to take a long breath. I recently got an X-ray, and it mentioned something about a thick-walled cavitory lesion in the right mid-zone with some surrounding consolidation. Does this sound serious? What could it possibly mean for my health?

I'm really worried about my wife. She had an asthma attack earlier and her usual 2 puffs of salbutamol didnt help. It got worse and she ended up taking 10 puffs in 5 minutes, which seemed to work. How often can she safely repeat that in a 12-hour period?

I'm really worried because I tested positive for COVID-19 on May 4th, but luckily I had no symptoms and stayed in home isolation without needing steroids or oxygen. I've been experiencing some mild fatigue and sometimes a bit of a cough, but nothing serious, and I had congestion for just a couple of days. I've been taking Montekulsta for 10 days now. My breathing seems fine, but whenever I do steam inhalation, I notice white phlegm with black streaks in it. There's no phlegm if I skip the steam. Ive been like this for two days and my sugar levels after meals are around 158. Should I be concerned about black fungus infection and go for any specific tests to rule it out?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice
