I'm a little puzzled about how to take Limcee, the vitamin C chewable my dermatologist suggested. Should I be chewing it or is it better if I suck on it? What's the best way to actually get the most benefit from it?

For Limcee, a vitamin C chewable tablet, chewing it is recommended over sucking, as chewing helps to break down the tablet and release the vitamin C, allowing for better absorption in the digestive system, whereas sucking may lead to swallowing the tablet whole, potentially reducing its effectiveness.

View allI've been diagnosed with rosacea about 5 months ago and I've been using lacto calamine lotion. The past few days I started putting coconut oil on at night because my skin gets pretty dry. My skin feels soft and there aren't any flakes, but I still get a few red patches when it's really humid. It's got me feeling pretty down and I'm wondering if I should just stick with what I'm doing. Also, does rosacea ever go away? I feel really depressed over this. What do you think?

I've been using medisalic cream for about a month, but now I have to switch to another cream because I noticed some marks on my face. I'm planning to go back to medisalic afterwards. Could stopping it for a while affect my skin?
