My wife got PRP treatment a few days ago, and now her forehead's really swollen. Is this something we should be worried about? It's been three days since the procedure, and we just want to know if this kind of swelling is normal.

Can you give some details like for what was the platelet rich plasma therapy done on your wife? Swlling at the site of injection, pain, soreness etc are common and they usually subside on its own. But swelling on forehead is not a side effect.

View allI've got these dark spots on my knuckles, joints, and fingers, both on my hands and legs, even on the palm area. I'm wondering what could be causing this and how I might be able to treat it. I've also got a history of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Could this be connected somehow? What steps can I take to lighten or get rid of these dark spots?
The dark spots on your fingers knuckles and joints could be due to a condition called hyperpigmentation, which can be common in individuals with Ankylosing Spondylitis. To help lighten these dark spots, you can try using a topical cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected areas twice daily. Additionally, using a sunscreen with a high SPF on your hands and fingers can help prevent further darkening of the spots. If the dark spots persist or worsen, it is recommended to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm trying to find a good dermaroller for my hair, but I'm on a budget and hoping to spend under Rs. 500. Could you suggest which one would be the best option in that price range? Also, where would be the best place to buy it in India?
