I'm a little worried about something. I had typhoid fever last week and while I don't have the fever anymore, my mouth is still tasting really bitter. I've tried a bunch of things but nothing's working. I'm also feeling pretty weak. What could be causing the bitter taste and how can I get rid of it?

Concerning symptoms.
Possible causes:
- Hemorrhoids
- Anal fissures
- Proctitis
- Gut issues (e.g., IBS)
Home remedies for instant relief:
- Warm water sitz baths (15-20 minutes, 2-3 times a day)
- Apply coconut oil or aloe vera gel to the affected area
- Increase fiber intake (fruits, vegetables, whole grains)
- Stay hydrated (8-10 glasses of water)
- Practice relaxation techniques (deep breathing, meditation) to manage depression and stress
Consult a doctor (proctologist or gastroenterologist) for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

View allI'm really concerned because she's been dealing with a sore throat and severe cold for five days now. Its still really bad. She's been taking Acemiz both day and night. Could you please give us some advice on what to do next?
For her symptoms, I recommend adding an over-the-counter medication like Strepsils for sore throat relief. Additionally, she can take Sinarest for cold symptoms. Make sure she stays hydrated and gets plenty of rest. If her symptoms persist or worsen, she should consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

I've been dealing with a cough for the past couple of days, but oddly enough, I don't have any cold symptoms. Can you recommend any medicine, or should I think about seeing a doctor?

I'm a bit concerned about my health and was hoping you could help me out. I just got some test results back and it says my globulin level is at 3.8. Is that considered high? I'm a bit worried about what that means for my health. Also, my cholesterol levels are up there too. What kind of treatment should I be considering for both these issues? I'm really looking to get a handle on this and any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
