I'm really concerned because she's been dealing with a sore throat and severe cold for five days now. Its still really bad. She's been taking Acemiz both day and night. Could you please give us some advice on what to do next?

For her symptoms, I recommend adding an over-the-counter medication like Strepsils for sore throat relief. Additionally, she can take Sinarest for cold symptoms. Make sure she stays hydrated and gets plenty of rest. If her symptoms persist or worsen, she should consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

I've had a fever for the past three days, with my temperature fluctuating between 98.6 and 102. I get really cold in the evenings, probably because of the sweating, and I'm worried it's making the fever worse since I don't change my shirt soon enough. I don't have any body, joint, or muscle pain, but my nose is a bit runny and my throat hurts slightly. Could this be something serious, or is there anything specific I should do to get better quickly?
Your symptoms, including fever, sweating, chills, runny nose, and slight throat pain, suggest a possible viral upper respiratory tract infection, such as a common cold or flu; however, to rule out other causes like bacterial infections or pneumonia, consider consulting a doctor for a physical examination, and possibly, a rapid antigen test or chest X-ray.

I've been feeling weak for about a month now. Even after something simple like climbing stairs or a bit of exercise, my heart rate goes up and I just feel exhausted. My appetite seems fine, so I'm wondering if it might be a vitamin or mineral deficiency or something. I also had a cough a while back that lasted over a month, and Ive been feeling this weakness ever since. What could be going on here?
take multivitamins and take ecg once
