I'm living in Bangalore and having a tough time with a pollen allergy. I've got a constant runny nose, tons of sneezing in the morning, and even a small headache because of it. Do you know any home remedies or solutions for managing this allergy?

View allI've been taking antihistamines for my allergies, and I've noticed some blood in my mucus. I'm really worried about this. Could this be a side effect from the medication, or maybe I'm taking the wrong dose? Should I be concerned about this?

I'm kind of worried about my health stuff lately. My weight's at 84.3 kg and I've been having this chest discomfort for about two years now. Last year, I saw a pulmonologist and got some tests done like an X-ray, CBP, IGE serum, and PFT. Everything was normal except my IGE serum level, which was 432.2 IUml. The doctor prescribed me Tab.FM 24 to take every night, but I never ended up using it. Do you think I should start taking the tablet again if my IGE level turns out to be high? And what are the symptoms of having a high IGE level?
Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
