I'm living in Chennai and I'm worried about the water here since it's really salty and it seems to be affecting my hair a lot. I'm noticing that I'm losing about 50 strands every time I shower, and it's freaking me out because I didn't have this problem when I was back in my hometown. Plus, my scalp has been getting super itchy. Could you recommend a good shampoo for this situation? Also, any diet tips to help strengthen my hair would be great.
