I'm living in Qatar and have been dealing with a fungal infection for about 11 months. I'm on treatment, but it doesn't seem to be working. Can you please give me some advice on what else I could try or if there's a different treatment approach I should consider?

For fungal infections that are not responding to treatment, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation. However, in cases of persistent fungal infections, antifungal medications such as Terbinafine (brand name Lamisil) or Fluconazole (brand name Diflucan) may be prescribed. The dosage and duration of treatment will depend on the severity of the infection and your individual medical history. It's important to follow the treatment plan as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

View allMy wife has molluscum contagiosum with around 30-40 bumps on her chin. The dermatologist first recommended a 2-week zinc tablet course, but it didn't help. Now they're suggesting surgical removal. We're hesitant about surgery is there any other treatment option that might work, or is surgery the best way to go? They mentioned removing each bump and applying medication, but we're worried about scarring or side effects.
A dermat opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm considering using Bellissa Lite cream for my face, but I'm a bit worried about whether it's actually safe. Could there be any side effects from using this cream? Would you be able to help me understand if it's okay to apply on my skin?
Generally safe for use on the face, but like any skincare product, it may cause side effects in some individuals. Some common side effects that may occur include skin irritation, redness, or dryness. It is always recommended to do a patch test before applying any new product on your face.
