I'm looking for advice on how to increase the size of my anus hole. Is there a safe way to do this, and what steps should I consider?

Elevated SGOT (43) and SGPT (85) levels, along with Grade 1 fatty liver, indicate liver inflammation and damage.
Reasons for concern:
- Alcohol consumption: Your weekly drinking habit may be contributing to liver damage.
- Fatty liver progression: If left unchecked, fatty liver can progress to more severe conditions like steatohepatitis or cirrhosis.
Recommended actions:
- Abstain from alcohol: Quit drinking to prevent further liver damage.
- Dietary changes: Adopt a healthy, balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
- Exercise regularly: Engage in moderate-intensity exercise to promote weight loss and improve insulin sensitivity.
- Follow-up tests: Schedule regular blood tests and ultrasound scans to monitor liver health.
- Consult a hepatologist or gastroenterologist: Seek specialized advice to manage your liver health.
Take proactive steps to protect your liver health.

View allI think I might have piles in the early stages and I'm wondering if laser surgery is the right option for me at this point or if there are other treatments I should consider first
For mild or early-stage piles, non-surgical treatments are usually recommended first, and laser surgery might be considered later if those don't work or if the piles are more severe. Laser treatment offers advantages like minimal pain and faster recovery compared to traditional surgery.

I've had both internal and external piles for three days now, and there's this sticky, transparent mucus discharging from them. The lump isn't getting any smaller; it's still hard and just sits outside my anus, causing some mild pain and itchiness. Do you think it's time to consider surgery? Also, is there any way to stop the mucus discharge?
There may be an infection in the perianal region. It is best to follow up with your surgeon and get operated as soon as possible before further complications arise.

I'm 23 and considering fissure surgery but I'm really nervous about the recovery time for pain to go away after the procedure I've heard some people say surgery made their condition worse is that common or does it usually help
Fissure surgery (sphincterotomy) is generally effective at relieving pain and promoting healing, but there can be some post-operative discomfort and potential complications. While surgery usually improves the condition, it's important to understand that some individuals may experience temporary or lasting issues like incontinence or constipation
