I'm looking for a really good hospital for polio treatment. I'm 27 now, and I've been dealing with it since I was 6 months old. Any recommendations or advice would be really helpful.

View allLately, I've been noticing a pin-pricking sensation on the upper part of my right-hand ring finger, and it tends to happen more frequently in the evenings. It's getting a bit concerning, and I'm wondering what might be causing it. Should I be worried or is there something I should be doing to alleviate it?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a sensation of tingling or pins and needles in your ring finger. This can be caused by pressure on nerves, poor circulation, or even repetitive use of the hand. If the sensation persists or worsens, it's a good idea to consult a healthcare provider to rule out conditions like nerve compression or carpal tunnel syndrome.

I've been having this tightness on the right side of my chest, and when I press on that spot, it gives me some relief, but then it just starts back up again. It's leading to some pain near my left chest too. I've had my heart checked and all the tests are normal, so now I'm wondering if this could be a nerve or muscle issue. Could you suggest any tests I should look into?

Why do I wake up with headache?
In the early morning hours, your body's level of internal pain reduction may be lowered. Additionally, your body may make more adrenalin during this time, resulting in migraine headaches. A lack of quality sleep or a sleep disorder may also result in morning headaches.
