I'm wondering if vertigo could be making me feel so sleepy and drowsy. I've been experiencing this light-headed dizziness, and it makes my eyes feel like they just want to close. Could this be connected to vertigo, or should I be looking at other causes?

Excessive masturbation can lead to temporary issues with penis size and hardness.
Possible Causes
- Over-stimulation: Frequent masturbation can cause temporary desensitization.
- Tissue fatigue: Repeatedly stimulating the penis can lead to fatigue, affecting size and hardness.
- Hormonal imbalance: Excessive masturbation might disrupt hormonal balances, impacting erectile function.
Treatment and Remedies
- Abstinence: Take a break from masturbation for 2-4 weeks to allow your body to recover.
- Exercise and lifestyle changes: Engage in regular exercise, maintain a healthy diet, and manage stress to improve overall well-being.
- Penile exercises: Try Kegel exercises, jelqing, or other penile exercises to improve blood flow and strengthen penile muscles.
- Consult a healthcare professional: If issues persist, consult a urologist or a sexologist to rule out underlying medical conditions.
Important Notes
- Moderation is key: Practice masturbation in moderation to avoid over-stimulation.
- Seek professional help: If you're struggling with excessive masturbation or related issues, consider seeking help from a mental health professional.
