I'm on medication with three drugs: veltamf, bacstol 200, and benocide forte, because of an infection I've had for five days now. Since I started taking them, I've noticed I can't ejaculate. Is this a side effect of the medications or is it something else I should be worried about?

it is a sideeffect of the medicine you are taking , as soon as you stop that medicine your problems might get reduced
