I'm on medication with three drugs: veltamf, bacstol 200, and benocide forte, because of an infection I've had for five days now. Since I started taking them, I've noticed I can't ejaculate. Is this a side effect of the medications or is it something else I should be worried about?

it is a sideeffect of the medicine you are taking , as soon as you stop that medicine your problems might get reduced

I'm a bit concerned because my penis is extra large, and when I'm intimate with my girlfriend, she often finds it difficult to accommodate it comfortably. I'm worried that after marriage, this might cause issues if we want to get pregnant. Could having a larger penis affect my wife's ability to conceive?
initially it pains but gradually it subsides as vagina has expandable , it will not affect conception also don't worry
