I'm in my second trimester, and my thyroid was detected back in the first trimester. I've been taking medication, but now my thyroid level is 11.7, and I'm really worried about it. I had a second-level ultrasound, and thankfully everything seemed normal, and the baby is doing well. Can you guide me on this and maybe suggest some diet changes that might help with my thyroid condition?

.Well your tsh levels are still high and you definitely need to take treatment for your hypothyroidism..I would suggest you to meet a gynecologist and start the recommended treatment as you are pregnant..You don't have to worry as with the correction you can continue the pregnancy also..

I'm currently managing my diabetes with medication, but I'm curious about IME9. Is it okay to take IME9 once or twice a day along with my current meds? Any advice on how to incorporate it into my routine would be really helpful.
.. It would been easier if you posted your current blood glucose level, Life style modifications are the main treatment for the Diabetes.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet . High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Exercise helps a lot. Consult your doctor before going for alternate medicine
