I'm not feeling well since yesterday. I've been having a headache, feeling dizzy, experiencing body pains, and I'm just really weak overall. I already took Dolo 650, but it didn't help. What do you think I should do?

Given the persistence of your symptoms, including headache, dizziness, body pains, and weakness, despite taking Dolo 650, it's essential to consult a doctor to rule out underlying conditions like viral infections, sinusitis, or migraines; in the meantime, stay hydrated, rest, and consider taking a pain reliever like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen,

View allI've been sweating a lot since yesterday and when I checked my SpO2 with a pulse oximeter, it read between 93 and 98. I'm a bit worried and wondering if I should be checking it while I'm resting or after some activity. Is this range normal or is there something I should be concerned about? I haven't had a fever.

I'm dealing with a really bothersome sore throat after having COVID, and I'm considering taking Azithromycin 500mg. Should I be taking it once or twice every day? I'm just not sure what the daily dosage should be for an adult like me. Would love your guidance on this.
Your morning yellow urine is likely due to concentrated urine from overnight dehydration. Drinking 5-6 liters of water daily is excellent, but consider having a glass of water before bedtime. Consult a Nephrologist or Urologist to rule out any underlying kidney or urinary tract issues. Also, address your digestion problems, as they might be linked to your urine color. In the meantime, monitor your urine color and output, and keep your doctor informed. A simple urine test (Urine Routine Examination) can help determine if there's an underlying issue.
