View allHow soon after recovering from dengue can I start drinking alcohol again? I've been feeling good for about a week now and my vitals are back to normal. Is it safe to have a drink, or should I wait a bit longer?
It is generally recommended to wait at least 2-3 weeks after recovering from dengue fever before consuming alcohol. This allows your body to fully recover and regain its strength. Remember to start with small amounts and listen to your body for any signs of discomfort.

I've had nose congestion for the past three days, and last night it got a lot worse, with my chest feeling congested while I was breathing. Should I be worried about this, and what can I do to feel better?
It sounds like you're dealing with a combination of nasal and chest congestion, which could be due to a viral infection or allergies. It's important to rest, stay hydrated, and consider using a decongestant or steam inhalation. If your symptoms worsen or you experience difficulty breathing, seeking medical attention would be advisable.

I'm trying to increase my B12 level from 200 to 900. Can you tell me how many 500 mcg doses I should take? And what's the best schedule for taking them?
1 tablet daily for 3 months would help, because, orally only 10% of consumed dose will be actively available, the remaining will be excreted, hence it takes long time to restore, also consume eggs and adequate quantity of meat, they are rich in B12.
