I'm noticing that every month my eyes get red and itchy, but it's weird because it happens to only one eye at a time. If it's my right eye this month, then it's the left one the next month. I don't have any vision problems, but it usually happens close to my period. I've seen the doctor a few times and while the issue gets better with the prescribed stuff like Refresh Tears and Ketorolac Tromethamine ophthalmic solution, it keeps coming back. Do you know of any permanent solution for this?

Also, how many days will I need to recover? And what's the deal with going back to workcan I return to the office right after the surgery?
In 2 weeks you will be fine after surgery,3 months is needed for complete recovery, take adequate rest and follow your doctor advice.

I've noticed my left upper eyelid is swollen and it actually hurts when I touch it. Compared to my other eyelid, the swollen one feels a bit hard. There isn't any redness inside my eye, though the eyelid itself seems a little pink. I've been watching it for the past three days, and it hasn't changed at all. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
since it is painfull it can be due to stye use antibiotic drops like gatiquin 4 times a day and gatifloxicin ointment on night and try to have hot compressions on eyelid
