I'm wondering if there are glasses that can help with both vision correction and sun protection. I mean like, are there glasses that can work like regular prescription glasses for vision but also have the benefits of sunglasses for sun protection all in one?

View allI'm a bit worried about my eyesight because my eye power has been getting worse lately. I have Sph. 0.25 and Cyl. 0.5 and I've been wearing glasses for about a year now. I spend almost 8 hours every day in front of a computer, and I'm wondering if that's affecting my eyes. Is there a way to get back to my natural eyesight? Also, should I be wearing my glasses all the time or just when I really need them, like when driving or in a lecture? Would love your advice on this.

I'm Velmurugan, I'm 28 and from Chennai. After finishing college, I've been running a textile business for the past six years. But for the last year, I've been experiencing these blackouts whenever I focus on something like a book or a face. So, I went to a well-known eye hospital, and they told me its dry macular degeneration. The doctor mentioned there's no cure and I just have to live with it. Is there any hope or anything I can do about this? I've attached the scan reports too. Can someone guide me on possible treatments or actions I should take? I'm really worried about this and would appreciate any advice.
