I'm noticing that my foreskin and glans have become red, and sometimes there's a bit of irritation on the foreskin, with a burning-like feeling. Right now, I'm using coconut oil during the day and Nizral cream at night. I'm wondering if I should consider getting circumcised to solve this issue, or if there's something else I could try first. Any advice?

I'm having trouble with premature ejaculation, and it's really affecting my newly married life. I tried consulting a doctor who recommended using LOX2 jelly for three months, but I'm still not seeing any improvement. What else can I do? I'm still ejaculating in about 20 to 30 seconds and it's quite frustrating.

I'm a 29-year-old guy dealing with phimosis and a really tight foreskin. Is there any way to treat this without having to go through surgery? I'd prefer non-surgical options if possible
Yes, there are non-surgical ways to treat phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is too tight to retract. Topical steroid creams and gentle stretching exercises can often be effective, especially in less severe cases.
