I'm noticing that my heart rate is going above 100-115 from time to time. My blood pressure is normal, but my hemoglobin level is 10.8. About a month ago, I had an ECG done, and it showed sinus tachycardia and IRBBB. But I'm still experiencing a heart rate over 100-115. Should I be worried about this? What might be causing it?

My mom was diagnosed with chest pain on December 7, 2018. She's in the hospital, and the doctor did an angiography and is suggesting a bypass.
