I'm noticing that my left breast is significantly smaller than the right one, and it's been causing me some pain. Could there be a specific issue causing this difference and discomfort?

Hey, I know this might sound a bit odd, but I'm concerned about the possibility of an ant getting inside the vagina. Could you let me know what the potential effects might be if that happened? I'm just a bit worried and would appreciate your advice on this.

Elevated SGPT and SGOT Levels* Your SGPT (alanine transaminase) and SGOT (aspartate transaminase) levels are significantly elevated, indicating liver stress or damage. *Current Regimen* You've been following an Ayurvedic treatment plan, cycling daily, and avoiding oily and fatty foods. However, your liver enzyme levels have increased instead of decreasing. *Concerns* 1. *Inadequate treatment*: The current Ayurvedic treatment may not be effective in reducing your liver enzyme levels. 2. *Underlying condition*: There might be an underlying condition, such as fatty liver disease, hepatitis, or other liver disorders, that needs to be addressed. 3. *Medication interactions*: Certain medications, including Ayurvedic preparations, can interact with each other or with your liver, exacerbating the condition. *Recommendations* 1. *Consult a gastroenterologist or hepatologist*: Seek a specialist's opinion to determine the underlying cause of your elevated liver enzyme levels. 2. *Re-evaluate your treatment plan*: Discuss your current treatment plan with your doctor and consider alternative options, such as conventional medications or lifestyle modifications. 3. *Liver function tests*: Repeat your liver function tests to monitor your enzyme levels and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. 4. *Abdominal ultrasound*: Consider undergoing an abdominal ultrasound to rule out any underlying liver conditions. *Job Abroad and Retest* 1. *Inform your employer*: Share your health concerns with your employer and request guidance on the retest. 2. *Provide medical documentation*: Offer to provide medical documentation from your doctor to support your situation.

I've been taking Nostra to delay my period, but now that I've stopped, my period still isn't coming properly. Can you suggest any tablets I could take to help with this issue? I'm really worried about what to do.

Its common for periods to be delayed after stopping Nostra, as your body adjusts. I recommend consulting with your gynecologist to explore options like progesterone therapy (such as Regestrone) or other treatments to help regulate your cycle.

I've been dealing with soreness in one of my nipples for a few days now, and its really uncomfortable when I touch it. A few months back, I had some discharge from the same nipple and underwent an ultrasound and several blood tests, but everything came back negative. Ive been on birth control pills for about 7 years. Any ideas on why I might be experiencing this pain, even though there's no discharge or other issues right now?

there might be some hormonal changes so you are getting pain. apply primrose oil every night for 1 month it will reduce your pain
