I'm noticing my navel is swollen and sometimes it itches too. It seems to be sticking out more than my stomach, which has me a bit worried. What can I do to make them look even again?

View allI was caught in the rain yesterday and got soaked from head to toe. Today, I've noticed a red rash around my butt cheek. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be from staying in wet clothes too long, and what would be the best way to treat it?

I'm really struggling with jock itch that started on my groin and buttock area about 4 months ago. Now it's spreading like athlete's foot, and it's getting really frustrating. I've tried several treatments Quadriderm for the first couple of weeks and then Itch Guard for a month, but neither worked. I even consulted a doctor on Practo who suggested Onabet 2 cream and Terbinafine 250mg tablets, but there's been no improvement after a month. Is there any strong cream or treatment you would recommend for Tinea Cruris? I'm looking for something effective because nothing seems to be helping.

I'm dealing with lichen planus pigmentosus on my underarms and inner thighs and it's starting to spread. I'm really concerned about how to actually address these marks and what the best treatment options are for lichen planus. Can you help me understand how I can stop it from spreading and get rid of these brown marks?
