I'm noticing a problem when I go to the bathroom. After I finish urinating, there are still a few drops that keep coming out for about 5 minutes afterward. I'm a bit concerned about what's causing this and what I can do about it. Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest any possible treatments?

View allMy nephew has a urinary bump below his private area and some doctors said it might be a fistula needing open surgery. Is there any chance it can heal with medicines or other treatments instead of surgery? Really worried and looking for advice.
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

Is it normal if I cum in just a few seconds?
The average time from the beginning of intercourse to ejaculation is about five minutes. If it happens before 1 minute then it's usually considered as pre mature ejaculation which has many reasons.

I have an 11mm stone in my left kidney and my doctors recommended RIRS laser surgery but I'm wondering if lithotripsy could work instead for my case
Surgery is advised to the patient since the stone size is larger .Since stone size is 11mm if untreated may lead to complications like abdominal pain, backpain and infection etc.
