I'm recently married and we're thinking about having a baby. But I'm a bit worried because my penis is only around 2 to 2.5 inches when not erect and grows to about 4 inches during intercourse. The foreskin feels really tight, which makes things uncomfortable, and I notice my erection doesnt last long. I tried using coconut oil, and while it helped a bit with penetration, Im still left feeling not fully satisfied. Also, the fluid seems to come out too quickly after ejaculation. Is all this normal? Are there lotions for tight foreskin or is it okay to use oil on the penis? I'm looking for some advice on these concerns.

View allI've noticed some skin rashes on my penis and a small area on the head that looks irritated. Im worried it might be balanitis. How should I treat this? Is there something specific I need to do or avoid?
Balanitis is a common condition characterized by inflammation of the glans penis; to treat balanitis, practice good hygiene, keep the area clean and dry, avoid irritants like harsh soaps or bubble baths, and apply topical creams or ointments like hydrocortisone, clotrimazole, or miconazole; if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor or urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment, which may include antibiotics or antifungal medications.

I'm really worried because I have a 32 mm stone in my kidney. Could you please let me know if Neeri tablets can help remove it? If you have any suggestions on other ways to get rid of it, I would really appreciate your advice.
To help dissolve kidney stones, you can try taking potassium citrate supplements. You can take Potrate MB6 tablets. It is important to drink plenty of water to help flush out the stone as well. If the stone is too large to pass on its own, you may need to consult a urologist for further treatment options.

I've been dealing with hypogonadism and have tried testosterone gel, oral meds, and shockwave therapy for ED, but I'm still not sure if I'm fully better. I'm considering a penile implant for my ED are there any other treatments I should explore before going that route?
