Many pumps, pills, weights, exercises and surgeries claim to increase the length and width of your penis. But, there's little scientific support for nonsurgical methods to enlarge the penis. And no trusted medical organization endorses penis surgery for purely cosmetic reasons.

I'm struggling to understand why I'm not getting an erection when watching girls or solo girl porn. But when I see a penis in porn and imagine myself as the girl having sex, I get an instant erection. I'm not attracted to men; I still like girls. Can you help me figure out why this is happening?

Since the wound was minor and you removed the pin instantly, the risk of tetanus infection is low. However, it's always best to err on the side of caution, especially if you're unsure of your tetanus vaccination status. Consider consulting a primary care physician or an urgent care center for further evaluation. They may recommend a tetanus booster shot as a precautionary measure.
