I'm really concerned after my recent sonography results showed Caliectasis in the upper pole of my left kidney. Also, my urine culture revealed a Pseudomonas infection. Can you help me understand what this means? Should I be worried? What steps should I take next?

I'm a bit worried about some results I got from an ultrasound. It mentioned something called hydronephrosis on the right side, but it says the corticomedullary differentiation is okay on both sides. It also notes that the cortical parenchymal thickness is normal. There's a small calculus, like 9 mm, in the lower part of my left kidney. I'm not really sure what all this means. Should I be concerned about the hydronephrosis or the stone? Could this lead to something serious?
That Hydronephrosis could be due to Renal calculus and 9mm stone is significant and needs surgery, visit Urologist for appropriate management and also consume more water

Is it safe to have sex if my partner has had phimosis since birth or is surgery the only option to fix it
Yes, it's generally safe to have sex with phimosis, but it might be uncomfortable or painful depending on the severity. Surgery (circumcision) is a common treatment option, but it's not always necessary. Mild phimosis may not require intervention and can be managed with proper hygiene and gentle stretching.
