I'm really concerned after my recent sonography results showed Caliectasis in the upper pole of my left kidney. Also, my urine culture revealed a Pseudomonas infection. Can you help me understand what this means? Should I be worried? What steps should I take next?

I have a 9.6mm stone in my right greater and a 5mm stone in my right kidney, along with stomach and back pain. Do I need surgery, or can these stones pass on their own with medication?
Surgery recommended methods are shock wave lithotripsy,ureteroscopy,percutaneous nephrolitomy etc depending on the stone size.Here ureteroscopy is advised.
