I'm noticing a small spot on my hand that's kind of a light pink or white color, definitely lighter than my skin. It's about 12mm and it's the only one I have on my whole body. I'm really curious if this could be vitiligo. Could that be possible?

View allI've been getting this weird swelling on my forehead lately. Sometimes it's on the left and other times on the right. It doesn't really hurt, but there's a bit of itching. It comes and goes within a few hours. Any idea what might be causing this?
The swelling on your forehead could be due to an allergic reaction, skin irritation, or even a mild form of hives. The itching without pain suggests it might be related to an environmental factor, like a change in weather, skincare products, or allergens. If it persists or worsens, it would be a good idea to check with a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

I've been using Panderm Plus for two years and then stopped. Since then, I've noticed side effects like hair growth. Now I'm using Keto 4S. Should I be worried about any dangers or side effects from this?

I've got some dark color skin on my inner thighs and bikini line, and it's really making me self-conscious. I just want to wear shorts and swimwear without feeling uncomfortable. Do you have any remedies or creams that could help lighten it up in maybe 11.5 months?
Darkening of the skin in the inner thigh and bikini area can be due to friction, hormonal changes, or skin conditions like acanthosis nigricans. To help lighten the skin in these areas, you can use a cream containing hydroquinone, kojic acid, and glycolic acid. One such cream is Melalite XL cream. Apply a thin layer of this cream on the affected areas once at night for 1-1.5 months. Remember to use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further darkening.
