I'm noticing this small swelling on my belly button that's been there for about a month now. Lately, my stomach's felt kind of bloated and I've been having some gas issues. Also, I feel kind of uneasy after eating meals. Should I be concerned about this, and what might be causing it?

The persistent swelling around your belly button, accompanied by bloating, gas issues, and discomfort after meals, may indicate a possible umbilical hernia, intestinal obstruction, or gastrointestinal issue such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); consult a general surgeon or gastroenterologist for a thorough examination

I haven't been able to pass stool for four days and it's getting really painful. Yesterday, I realized it's become too hard and won't pass through my rectum. I tried using a suppository but it didn't help, then I had some cremafin syrup and now only a tiny, hard stool comes out with a lot of pain and water. It's unbearable and I'm really struggling. I've never dealt with anything like this before. I'm considering going to the hospital for an enema but I'm also on my period, so I'm kind of worried about that too. Could you give me some advice on what I should do?

Given your severe constipation, painful bowel movements, and failure of suppositories and Cremafin syrup, consider visiting the hospital for further treatment, despite being on your period, as the medical staff can take necessary precautions; enema or other medical interventions like manual removal of stool or prescription medications may be necessary to relieve your symptoms; meanwhile, stay hydrated, apply warm compresses to your abdomen, and avoid straining during bowel movements to minimize discomfort.

I've been dealing with nonstop hiccups for the past two days and I've already tried taking Liofen XL, but it hasnt helped. Should I try increasing the dose, or is there something else you recommend I do?

Its due to irritation of diaphragm.. You need proper medication for this..

I've been having a lot of gas trouble along with stomach pain and a headache, and it's not getting better. Could this be something serious? Do I need surgery or any specific treatment?

It could be gastritis or IBS; not likely surgical—diet changes and medication can offer relief.
