I'm noticing these black spots below my shoulder, on the back side of my body, and they're appearing on both sides. They're spreading and I'm getting worried. What could this be? Should I be concerned?

View allI'm an MBBS doctor dealing with acne vulgaris grade 2, and after trying minoz 40mg for 10 days with topical adaplene gel, I still haven't seen any improvement. I'm wondering what I should try next. Do you think Tretinoin would be necessary, and what would the dose be? I've noticed it gets worse pre-menstrually. Any advice?
For acne vulgaris get a complete course of antibiotic and yes isotretinoin would help you ,visit dermatologist for appropriate management

I've been using Panderm Plus for a couple of years and recently took a break from it. Almost immediately, I started getting pimples. I checked in with a doctor who recommended some tablets. I'm curiouswhat might the side effects be, how can I avoid them, and how long might it take for my skin to clear up?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I'm struggling with really oily skin, and it's like my face is covered in open pores and acne. It's been driving me crazy, and I'm really hoping you might have some advice on a good face gel or any remedies that might help. Also, if you know of any skin specialists who could help, that would be awesome. I'm kinda worried and would appreciate any guidance you can give!
