I'm noticing these bumps all over the back of my tongue and a weird white coating on it too. Along with that, Im feeling this burning sensation throughout my body. Could you help me figure out what might be going on and what I can do to treat it?

View allI'm dealing with a 2nd degree burn on my leg from touching a two-wheeler silencer. It's been 10 days and I'm still experiencing pain and irritation. I showed it to a skin doctor but I'm wondering if there's anything else I should be doing to help it heal faster. Any advice?
it takes about two weeks to heal so don't panic

I'm worried I might have been exposed to herpes. Can you tell me when it's the right time to take the herpes IgG and IgM tests after a possible infection? Also, is it true that herpes can spread from the genital area to the oral area?
You can take the herpes IgG and IgM test about **24 weeks after suspected exposure** for accurate results, as it takes time for antibodies to develop. Yes, herpes can spread from the genital area to the oral area through direct contact, especially during active outbreaks.

I've got this rash that's developed on my chest and shoulder. It started on Thursday as just a small itchy spot, but now it's a raised area that's hot and irritated to the touch. I've tried taking allergy pills, but they haven't made any difference. Could you let me know what this might be and what I should do about it?
This sounds like a case of contact dermatitis. I recommend using a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream applied to the affected area twice a day for 1 week. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching and inflammation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
