I'm noticing a weird sound in my throat whenever I drink something, and my left ear seems a bit off too. There's no pain, but it feels like there's something on the left side of my throat. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?

I've got this hard lump just behind my uvula on the throat wall, and it feels like bone when I touch it. Is this normal, or should I be worried it's something serious like cancer? I'm really anxious about it. Could you please take a look at the attached picture and let me know what you think?
