I'm only 18 and my hair has started turning white. It's really worrying me. Is there any way to stop this from happening? I've heard about Ayurvedic solutionsdo you know if any of those might help with this situation?

I'm really worried because last night I did something silly. I put toothpaste on my forehead to try and get rid of some acne and left it on overnight. This morning, part of my forehead looks like it might be burntlike a chemical burn. I'm kicking myself for it. Do you think it will heal on its own, or am I going to have a permanent mark?
