I'm only 18 but I've put on so much fat around my thighs and love handles that I look way older than I am. No matter what I try, diet or exercise, nothing seems to work. Since my job requires me to maintain a certain appearance, I'm considering liposuction. Can you tell me about the costs and potential side effects of the procedure?

It's understandable to feel self-conscious about body changes, especially at 18. Love handles and thigh fat can make you feel less confident and even older. However, it's important to remember that body shapes and sizes vary naturally, and there are healthy ways to address these concerns. Focusing on overall health and well-being can lead to positive changes and help you feel more confident in your own skin.

View allI'm a 27-year-old guy dealing with gynecomastia and I weigh around 73 kg. I'm planning to get married soon and really want to get my body in better shape. After researching online for a while, it looks like surgery is the only option to get rid of gynecomastia. I've got a bit of a tummy too, and it's kind of at the same level as my chest right now. What I'm curious about is, after the surgery, will my tummy stick out more than my chest?
Gynecomastia vanishes without treatment in less than two years. But in some patients treatment may be needed if gynecomastia doesn't improve on its own or if it causes significant pain and embarrassment...avoid junk foods, carbohydrates like rice etc, avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea, green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day....Medications used to treat breast cancer and other conditions, such as tamoxifen and raloxifene may be helpful for some men with gynecomastia....if no improvements to medications you can go for surgery....Two gynecomastia surgery options are: Liposuction. This surgery removes breast fat, but not the breast gland tissue itself. Mastectomy. This type of surgery removes the breast gland tissue. The surgery is often done endoscopically, meaning only small incisions are used. This less invasive type of surgery involves less recovery time...consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.

I've had gynecomastia for a few years now and it's really bothering me. Thinking about surgery but not sure what to expect how does the procedure work and are there any risks I should know about
Gynecomastia surgery, or male breast reduction, is a procedure to remove excess breast tissue in men, improving chest contours and appearance. It involves removing both fat and glandular tissue through various surgical techniques, including liposuction, and sometimes skin excision. The surgery is generally performed on an outpatient basis, with a relatively short recovery time.

I'm a model but my nose is long and curved, which affects my confidence. I'm considering nose surgery how can it be fixed to look more balanced? What options do I have?
For a long, curved nose affecting your confidence as a model, rhinoplasty (nose surgery) is a common solution to reshape the nose and improve its overall balance. There are surgical and non-surgical options to consider, with rhinoplasty being the more permanent solution for significant changes, and non-surgical methods like dermal fillers offering temporary adjustments.
