I'm only 26 but my hair and beard are turning from black to white really fast. How can I stop this and get my natural black hair back? Is there any way to reverse the white hair or would I need surgery for permanent results?

While you may not be able to fully reverse the greying of your hair and beard at your age, you can take steps to slow down the process and potentially improve the health of your hair. It's important to remember that genetic factors play a significant role in greying, so complete reversal might not be possible.

View allI'm dealing with a bunch of short, frizzy hairs right at the top of my head. They're not little baby hairs, but more like thick, broken hairs, and they just wont seem to grow. I haven't used a straightener in ages because I'm worried about damaging them further. I've got thick, wavy hair, and now these frizzy hairs are making it impossible to wear my hair down without having to use a clip. I've tried everything: hot oil treatments, leave-in conditioners, deep conditioning treatments, and even growth serums, but nothing seems to work. What could possibly be causing this, and is there anything else I can try to get them to grow out or at least calm down? This is really embarrassing.

I'm a bit worried because when I woke up yesterday morning, I noticed some pain at the corner of my lips and a little inside my mouth. Later, I found these small, slightly painful bumps appearing out of nowhere. Could you help me figure out what might be causing these? I've attached a photo for reference.

I'm currently using minoxidil 10 twice a day, but I'm thinking about switching to just once daily. Do you think that'll still be effective? Also, I'm taking a Keraglo Men tablet every morning after breakfast. What do you suggest?
