I'm planning to take albendazole tablets and I'm wondering if there's anything specific I should know about how to take them. Is it true that I need to wait two weeks between doses, and should I really be taking them with warm sweet milk before bed? Just want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Tablet alben dazzle is for worm infestation. If you have evidence of infection confirmed then take one tablet now and repeat after two weeks. If you are staying with family or sharing space or things with others, get everyone with weight >20 kg to take the stat dose. Best taken 2hours after food at night. What ever is your choice, milk water or juice.

View allI've been putting 34 drops of oil in my navel at night because I heard it's supposed to improve circulation, and I've done this 45 times already. I'm really curious if this is good for me, or if there are any potential drawbacks I should be aware of. Should I continue with this routine or consider stopping? Would love some guidance on whether there are any actual benefits or risks involved.

I've started taking Vertin 16mg daily for the past week. I'm planning to get the COVID vaccine soon. Could there be any issues with taking both?

I've been feeling feverish after drinking cold water, but when I check my temperature, it's normal. Internally, I just feel really sick, and my body hurts too. Any idea what's going on or what I should do about it? This just doesn't feel right to me.
Drinking cold water can cause a temporary condition called "cold stress," leading to internal feverish sensations, body aches, and general malaise, even without a raised body temperature; to alleviate symptoms, rest, stay hydrated with warm fluids, and consider taking over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
