I'm planning to take a train journey with my 1-month-old baby for about 12 hours in an AC coach. Is it advisable to travel with such a young infant? What precautions should I consider to ensure the baby's safety and comfort during the trip?

View allI'm a mother of a 4-month-old baby and I'm currently breastfeeding. I got the Covishield vaccine this morning and I'm wondering if it's safe for me to take Dolo 650 while I'm breastfeeding. Is that something you'd recommend?
Congratulations on reaching this milestone! At 5 months 6 days, you can introduce Cerelac as a supplementary food. For your baby's age, suitable Cerelac options are: Cerelac Wheat (single-grain cereal) Cerelac Rice (single-grain cereal) Consult your pediatrician before introducing any new food. Always follow the instructions on the packaging and prepare the cereal as recommended.

I've noticed that my nipples are getting swollen, and they're soft to the touch. When I press them, they return to normal for a bit, but then they swell up again after a few minutes. I'm 16, and I'm wondering if this is just a part of puberty or something I should be concerned about. Also, I've felt small clots behind both nipples, but there's no pain. Is this normal?

I'm a breastfeeding mom with a 2-month-old baby, and I had a really bad migraine last night. I took Disprin and stopped breastfeeding for about 23 hours after that. I even expressed and discarded the milk I produced after taking the medication because I heard aspirin isn't recommended during breastfeeding. Is it safe for me to start breastfeeding again now?
yes
