I'm pretty worried right now because my heart rate is 92102 per minute while I'm just laying down. It's making me feel really nervous and even more sick. Plus, my left hand and the left side of my back (not right in the middle) are aching. Could this be some kind of warning sign?

Your symptoms of increased heart rate, nervousness, left hand ache, and left side back pain could be due to anxiety or stress. However, it is important to rule out any underlying heart condition. I recommend you take a tablet of propranolol 10mg to help lower your heart rate and reduce anxiety. You can take it up to three times a day as needed. Additionally, you can take acetaminophen 500mg for the left hand and back pain. Make sure to rest and try some relaxation techniques to help alleviate your symptoms.

I've been monitoring my blood pressure, and it's currently at 165108. I'm already on amlodipine 5 mg. I'm 57 years old, so I'm wondering what you would recommend for my situation. Should I consider adjusting my medication or adding something new?

At your age of 57 with a blood pressure of 165108, in addition to amlodipine 5mg, I would recommend adding a medication like Losartan 50mg once daily to help further control your blood pressure. It is important to monitor your blood pressure regularly and follow up with your healthcare provider for any adjustments in your treatment plan.

I'm dealing with a high blood pressure issue of 16090. I've been taking Telmi AM, but it doesn't seem like my pressure is going down. Do you think it would be okay for me to switch to Telmi AMH? And if so, what would be the recommended dosage and how long should I be on it?

Telmi AMH can be used as an alternative medication for high blood pressure. The usual dosage for Telmi AMH is 405 mg once daily. It is important to take it regularly at the same time each day. The duration of treatment with Telmi AMH should be determined by your doctor based on your individual condition
