I'm pretty worried right now because my heart rate is 92102 per minute while I'm just laying down. It's making me feel really nervous and even more sick. Plus, my left hand and the left side of my back (not right in the middle) are aching. Could this be some kind of warning sign?

Your symptoms of increased heart rate, nervousness, left hand ache, and left side back pain could be due to anxiety or stress. However, it is important to rule out any underlying heart condition. I recommend you take a tablet of propranolol 10mg to help lower your heart rate and reduce anxiety. You can take it up to three times a day as needed. Additionally, you can take acetaminophen 500mg for the left hand and back pain. Make sure to rest and try some relaxation techniques to help alleviate your symptoms.

I'm really confused about my TMT report. It says the test is negative, but one doctor mentioned it might actually be positive. The cardiologist did an echo test too, and that turned out normal. He said there's nothing to worry about, but I'm still concerned. Could you help me understand if there's anything in the TMT that I should be worried about?

If the report mentions TMT negative, it indicates a normal result where no significant changes were observed during the test. Since your cardiologist also conducted an echo test which came back normal and reassured you that there is nothing to worry about, it is unlikely that there is a cause for concern regarding your TMT results. It is important to follow your cardiologist's advice and continue with any recommended follow-up appointments or tests. If you have any further concerns, please consult with your cardiologist for personalized advice.

I've been dealing with high blood pressure and I've been prescribed Cilaheart. Since starting it, I've been struggling with insomnia and muscle weakness. I'm really worried that the medication might be causing these problems. Can medications like this have such side effects? Also, could you suggest any alternatives to Cilaheart and maybe some lifestyle changes I can make to help with my blood pressure?

I'm having this pain in my left leg that's been bothering me for about 15 days now. I'm 84 and have a history of heart issues, so I'm regularly on medications like Ecospirin, Amlokind for my blood pressure, and some others like Nitrolong and Losar, though I've recently stopped taking Renozex. The pain hits me when I walk. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
