I'm pretty worried right now because my heart rate is 92102 per minute while I'm just laying down. It's making me feel really nervous and even more sick. Plus, my left hand and the left side of my back (not right in the middle) are aching. Could this be some kind of warning sign?

Your symptoms of increased heart rate, nervousness, left hand ache, and left side back pain could be due to anxiety or stress. However, it is important to rule out any underlying heart condition. I recommend you take a tablet of propranolol 10mg to help lower your heart rate and reduce anxiety. You can take it up to three times a day as needed. Additionally, you can take acetaminophen 500mg for the left hand and back pain. Make sure to rest and try some relaxation techniques to help alleviate your symptoms.

What does left ventricle preponderance mean? My dad got diagnosed with it and sometimes he experiences blackouts and shortness of breath, plus his blood pressure drops really low. Could all these be connected? What should we be doing about it?

Left Ventricular Preponderance might be an indication of structural changes or function issues in the heart. It could be associated with other heart conditions that affect the efficiency of the left ventricle. The symptoms your father is experiencing, including blackouts, shortness of breath, and low blood pressure, warrant further evaluation and management by a cardiologist. Proper diagnosis and treatment will help in managing his condition and preventing complications.

I'm feeling some pain in my left chest, right where the ribs are, just under the man breast. It gets more painful when I press that spot, but I don't have any issues with breathing. My cholesterol was borderline high in my recent health check-up, but my Echo 2D was normal about 20 days ago. The pain level is pretty low, like a 1 out of 10, but I'm just a bit worried about why it's happening. Should I be concerned? Any insights would be really helpful.

Normal, nothing to worry ok.

I've been experiencing this weird, sharp or cramping pain on the right side of my chest whenever I walk for a while, but it stops immediately after I stop walking. I've already gotten a chest X-ray and a sonography, and both came back normal. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
