I'm Rajesh and I've been having this abdominal pain on the left side of my belly button for about 4 years now. I did a colonoscopy and endoscopy and they told me it's IBS. But just last week, I had an ultrasound and they found a 3mm gallbladder polyp. I'm really worried about it and it's making it hard for me to focus on work. Is this something dangerous? What should I do?

A 3mm gallbladder polyp is generally not dangerous, but regular monitoring is important. No immediate treatment is typically required, but keep an eye on any changes in symptoms. Managing IBS and discussing your stress with your doctor can help improve your overall well-being.

I'm trying to figure out if theres any link between IBS and chronic sinusitis. I've been dealing with IBS for the past 2 years and around the same time my sinus problems began. I also noticed candida overgrowth in my oesophagus and patches on my skin, especially around my shoulder, chest, stomach, and back area. After struggling with balanitis treatment for months, I ended up needing surgery. Ive tried everything from seeing different doctors to changing my diet and practicing yoga, but my IBS symptoms havent really gotten better. Lately, Ive observed that when my sinus issues calm down, my digestion seems to improve as well. Could there be a connection between these issues?

I'm experiencing some shortness of breath along with constant yawning, and I've been feeling pain on the left side of my back muscles. On top of that, my stomach feels bloated with gas, and I'm dealing with constipation. Is there a connection between these symptoms, and should I be concerned or consider seeing a doctor?

I'm really concerned about this constant feeling of something pulling in the middle of my stomach between my ribs, and it's paired with heavy breathing. It's been happening for about three months now. I've had tests like Troponin, Stress Echo, X-ray of my chest and lungs, and an ultrasound, and everything came back normal. I've consulted a cardiologist, pulmonologist, and radiologist, but nothing seems to help. A bit of my background: Ive been taking Tolol XR25 for high blood pressure for a few years now and tried gastritis medicine like PanD for the past month, as suggested by my doctor, but it didnt work. My blood and urine tests are mostly normal except for a few things my Bilirubin is 1.99 mgdL, Vitamin D is 55 nmolL, Vitamin B12 is 177 pgmL, Apo A1 is 95 mgdL, and Apo B is 37 mgdL. Sometimes my hands shake, and I feel really lethargic all day, with heavy, labored breathing. I'm constantly aware of my stomach because of this. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
