I'm a bit concerned about my liver test results. My SGPT is showing 73, but my SGOT is within the normal range. The SGOTSGPT ratio is 0.47. Should I be worried about this? I've been having this issue where I feel a strong urge to pass stool, but once I'm actually on the toilet, it just doesn't fully evacuate. It's like I can go a little, but then something seems to block it. It ends up happening in bits over the day, like 3 or 4 times. Is this something I should be worried about, like why can't I just get it all out in one go?
