My wife has been dealing with severe bleeding hemorrhoids for over 3 years, and it's gotten really bad this past week with a lot of blood loss. Our baby is only 4 months old, so surgery isn't an option right now we're planning for May when our older son is on break. What can we do to stop the bleeding until then? It's happening way too often and we're really worried

To stop bleeding you can use the tablet pause mf ,one tablet twice a day for about 3-5 days.

I'm dealing with an ulcer that's been bothering me for the past 24 days. Can you let me know how often I should be using Dologel each day? I'm just trying to make sure I'm doing it right.

Dologel should be applied directly to the affected area using a clean fingertip. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of Dologel over the ulcer 3-4 times a day, after meals and at bedtime. Make sure not to eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after applying Dologel to allow it to properly adhere to the ulcer and provide relief.

I had an episode of vomiting with blood yesterday, and I'm a regular smoker and drinker. Could you help me understand why that might have happened and what kind of doctor I should reach out to?

Back pain from prolonged sitting is common. Shelcal 500 mg (Calcium and Vitamin D3) may help alleviate back pain by: 1. Supporting bone health 2. Relaxing muscles 3. Reducing muscle spasms However, consider the following: 1. Consult your doctor before starting any new supplements. 2. Shelcal 500 mg is primarily for calcium and vitamin D supplementation, not specifically for back pain relief. 3. Everyday intake may lead to excessive calcium consumption. Recommendation: 1. Consult an orthopedic specialist or physical therapist to address underlying causes of back pain. 2. Maintain good posture, take regular breaks, and stretch while sitting. 3. Consider exercises strengthening your core and back muscles. Discuss Shelcal 500 mg with your doctor, and follow their guidance.
