I'm really anxious about my chest fat and it's starting to bother me a lot. Can you give me some advice on how to lose chest fat? I'm really concerned and would appreciate any suggestions you have.

One option for reducing chest fat is through regular exercise and a healthy diet. You can try incorporating cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, or cycling to help burn overall body fat, including chest fat. Additionally, strength training exercises targeting the chest muscles, such as push-ups, chest presses, and dumbbell flyes, can help tone and define the chest area. It's also important to maintain a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Remember to stay hydrated and get an adequate amount of sleep for overall health and weight management.

View allI've been experiencing sudden sweating and a sort of flurry feeling, and I've had a bunch of tests done with nothing major coming up except for a B12 and vitamin D deficiency, as well as high cholesterol. Is there something specific I should be worried about or maybe something else I should check out? I'm just not sure what's causing these symptoms.

I'm 16 and I know there's still time for growth, but I've noticed a lot of girls my age have developed breasts and I haven't yet. My mom started developing hers when she was 15. Should I be worried about this, or is it normal to have a delay in breast development?

my wife's follicles are growing normally every month around 2.0-2.2 mm but her endometrium thickness is 11 mm and the 3-layer pattern isn't forming at all we had laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery 3 months ago what should we do next
Since the endometrial thickness 11 mm a gynaec opinion is advised for further management.
