For the past 12 years, I've had this issue where one nostril is always blocked while the other works, and they keep switching throughout the day. I also get frequent colds and nasal congestion almost 15 days every month. Right now, I rely on Allegra, saline sprays, and Flutira decongestants, but it's not a permanent fix.
